Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is clean and in a resaleable condition.
Generate Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
